Terms Of Service
Notice: By commissioning me as an artist, you are agreeing to every part of the Terms of Service. I will ask every person before proceeding with a commission if they have read, understand, and agree to my Terms of Service. Failure to properly read or understand my Terms of Service following this agreement is by fault of the client and I professionally do not care about what happens as a result of your negligence.
General Information

I reserve the right to deny commissions for any reason. I reserve the right to cancel commissions at any time for any reason. You as the client reserve the right to cancel your commission at any time for any reason. If a 50% upfront deposit has been made prior to the time of cancellation, my refund policy applies. However, after a 50% final payment has been made, no party is allowed to cancel a commission because the transaction is considered complete and final.
For up to 365 days after an art commission has had the 50% final payment made, you may request small changes and tweaks free of charge. After this period, it will be $5 per tweak paid in full upfront. However, I am not obligated to meet these requests and may deny them for any reason. Please ask first if I can meet your request before paying me for a fix or change.
Financing
All prices are negotiable. However, after agreeing upon a price, it is non-negotiable by either party unless special conditions apply. Special conditions include but are not limited to my commissions going on sale while your transaction is ongoing {your price will be adjusted to meet the new sale price}. Special conditions cannot raise the price of your commission for any reason, even if I raise my prices or end a sale while your transaction is ongoing.
Commissions must be paid with 50% of the price upfront and 50% of the price upon completion. All monetary transactions will take place via Venmo or PayPal and be completed using USD. Whenever possible, Venmo will be the preferred platform for monetary transactions.
Rights to the Art
I'm allowed to post my art on social media to claim authorship, advertise my work, or otherwise share my content. You're allowed to post my art on social media and are not required to credit me as the author, but you cannot claim, imply, or otherwise leave authorship ambiguous so as to make others believe you are the author {a simple, "Not my art!" is sufficient}.
You are allowed to make monetary profit from my work in very limited use cases AND given my prior written consent. I will not request any percentage of your profit if I approve your specific use case.
You may not edit or otherwise change the appearance, file type, or composition of my work without my prior written consent. Filters, AI generated tweaks, adding text, and more fall under this category.
If a commission is cancelled for any reason, the drawing will be left to my discretion and I may not necessarily delete it. However, I will not use other people's OCs without their prior written consent. You as the ex-client would lose all rights to to freely use, post, or repost the artwork and/or any work in progress shots unless I have given prior written consent.
30 Day Policy
Commissioned works will be completed within 30 days of me personally confirming I have received the 50% upfront deposit unless other arrangements have been made. If I fail to meet the agreed upon deadline, you will receive a 50% discount {no final payment required} should you wish to continue conducting business with me.
Responses to any inquiries I make must be made within this 30 day timeframe until I'm no longer obligated to work with you as a client unless other arrangements have been made. If you fail to respond within a timely manner, I will notify you of the termination of your commission and my refund policy will apply. If I as the artist do not respond within this 30 day {or otherwise agreed upon} timeframe, you will receive a 50% discount {no final payment required} should you wish to continue conducting business with me.
Banned Subjects
This is a list of subject matters I will NOT draw. These are non-negotiable.
NSFW content.
Hate or discriminatory art.
Controversial topics, such as politics and religion. LGBTQIA+ art is not considered controversial.
Art depicting medical conditions in a negative or graphic way, regardless of how accurate it is to the actual condition in real life.
Drugs, alcohol, cigarettes, and other substances of that nature. I make exceptions for Cogs smoking cigars.
Content I deem unsuitable to draw.
Refund Policy
Full refunds are given upon the cancellation of any art commission that has not had the 50% final payment made, regardless of whether me or the client cancelled the commission. Reason for cancellation or time passed does not matter. However, once the 50% final payment has been made, commissions are no longer eligible for refunds and the transaction is considered final.
